The Promotion and Growth of LDC Division will have three phases after the completion of the probation period of the respective job these are:
  • Upper Division Clerk
  • Division Clerk
  • Section Officer
The responsibilities that LDC is given after resuming the services in the office are:
  • Clerical work related to office work to maintain the continuity of the work.
  • Data entry of the records to be maintained for the future use.
  • Filing and indexing of the official records for a systematic record reference.
  • Provide relevant files to the seniors
  • Typing of letters, notices, notifications and other related official documents
  • To prepare simple drafts and statements required for the routine work in the office.
  • Find out the relevant information related to the work assigned by the seniors
These are some of the important work assigned to the LDC and if one knows them before joining the same it makes the ride comfortable in the office.
